Dontyne Systems was incorporated in 2006 to provide Gear Design and Manufacturing Solutions to Industry. Our suite of software allows end to end control of the Gear Manufacturing process. As well as design and rating to commonly used standards there are tools to provide significant savings in costs and resources. |

The company philosophy aims to permit constantly managed data at all stages of the gear production process. Links to CAD systems, machining equipment, and metrology machines (both dedicated gear form checkers and coordinate measuring machines) permits not just the means to centralise project data but also enable collection for analysis, evaluation and storage as well as the means to implement a program of improved efficiency, quality assurance and validation. |
A range of software programs have been developed to assist in the gear production process. Proven and novel dynamic models exist for both tooling and component contact in 2 and 3 dimensions. A characteristic of all programs in the suite is various levels of sophistication to suit your requirements. Some of the more expert modules address more elaborate problems such as geared systems and gear sets under operating conditions. Versatile graphics and reporting in the displays assists interpretation of results and presentation to customers.
Our range of support services help not just directly, but also ensure the models used are current, relevant and accurate based on industrial data from various production methods.
