Support Contracts

We aim to give continued support to our customers to ensure all purchases are continually monitored and improved. We therefore offer an annual Maintenance Contract to accompany your software which provides you with access to our gear designers and engineers to help resolve any issues.

The cost is proportional to your purchase and covers changes in the working standard and other regulatory bodies. It also covers changes in technology which your company may experience.

The software installation has an embedded tool to enable advice and demonstrations of product functionality to be given ‘live’ over the internet.

Also included in this Maintenance Contract are regular newsletters, full of information to keep you up to date with developments, and software updates as and when they are released by Dontyne Systems: ensuring you always have the most up to date version of our software, and keeping you ahead of your competitors.
